  These classes are included in NIAC membership and also available for guests by punch card only 10 classes for $40.00.
  Spinning Logo Class Description
  All Terrain Rides Guided 45 minute ride on flats, hills & intervals. EXCELLENT cross training for your lower body! Classes are geared towards any fitness level! You'll be an addict within 3 classes!
    * Please try to be on your bike 5-10 minutes prior to class time. Water and stiff soled shoes recommended.
  Group Fitness Class Descriptions
  Karate Traditional Okinawan Karate with Derek. He is a Nidan, 2nd degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate.
Learn Self Defense Skills. Improve Coordination and Balance. Increase Flexibility and Conditioning. Gain Self Confidence. CLASSES ARE OPEN TO ALL AGES AND ABILITIES.
  Cardio Step Enjoy great step choreography mixed with resistance training. This fast moving class conditions your cardiovascular system along with every muscle!
  Pilates & Tone A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch & add balance to the body. Essential strength and conditioning tool used in training professional athletes.
  NIA Energy Dance! You will be guided with a blend of free dance, easy to learn flowing dance, yoga and tai chi qi gong. This is Fitness with a flair!! Strengthen and Tone your whole body!
  Belly Dance This class introduced you to Arabic movements (hip, abs & arms). Increase your cardio & strengthen your abs.
  Hard Core ABS 30 minutes of AB/Back work to create lean, mean, washboard abs.
  Power2Pump Train the entire body using bio mechanics and functional training methods designed to give you results. One-Hour..SEE THE DIFFERENCE!
  Boot Camp Toning Tone individual muscle groups & your core using light weights, body resistance & a body ball.
  NO PRE-REQUISITES REQUIRED FOR YOGA ATTENDANCE.....ALL ARE WELCOME
  Gentle YOGA A more gentle flow of yoga. Beginners, Seniors and all welcome!
  YOGA Yoga is a spiritual practice or discipline that helps the individual unify his/her body, mind and heart. Learn the fundamental practice of yoga through a variety of standing, seated, balancing, forward bends, and twisting asanas. All levels welcome.

  Aikido

Aikido is a modern martial art rooted in ancient Japanese traditions. In Aikido we learn to defend ourselves without injuring our partner or opponent. Aikido means “the way of harmony with the life force”. Physically, Aikido involves reframing the elements of an attack allowing us to deal with the energy of threat and aggression. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Instructors: Eric Wegner and Joe Vaughan have many years’ experience training and instructing in Aikido and other martial arts.

  Krav Maga
